We’re thrilled to be part of Make Music Day 2025 through the national String Together initiative, co-sponsored by Elixir® Strings. This annual global event is all about music for everyone, everywhere – and this year, it’s bringing something extra special to our shop.

Whether you’re a guitar player, music lover, or community supporter, there’s a place for you at this joyful gathering.

🎸 What’s Happening

  • Free Restringing with Elixir Strings
    We’re offering free Elixir Phosphor Bronze Light Gauge string sets to the first 12 acoustic guitar players who arrive. Our luthiers will install your new strings while you hang out, shop around, or join the jam. Strings will be available on a first-come, first-served basis – no appointment needed.
  • Bluegrass Jam Pickin’ Circle
    Our regular Saturday bluegrass pick moves into the spotlight! Bring your instrument, your voice, or just your toe-tappin’ enthusiasm. We’ll have a friendly jam going most of the day in celebration of Savannah’s deep musical roots.
  • Community Potluck
    We’ll set the table – you bring the dish. Contribute a snack, finger food, or dessert to share, and enjoy refreshments and neighborly vibes with fellow music lovers.
  • Livestream Moments with Harmon eSessions
    We’ll be capturing footage for our Harmon eSessions project, showcasing Savannah’s acoustic talent to the world. This is a great way to get involved with our community-centered livestreaming initiative.

This event isn’t just about strings or sales – it’s about connecting with the people who make Savannah’s music community so special. With free gear, good food, and live music, we’re opening our doors (on a rare Saturday!) to celebrate what we love most: music, together.
