1. Scheduling and Payments
   1. All lessons must be scheduled through Acuity Scheduling.
   2. Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson.
   3. Discounted packages must be paid in full upfront and are non-refundable once lessons have begun.
2. Cancellation Policy
   1. Rescheduling or Canceling: You may reschedule or cancel your lesson up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.
   2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Lessons canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
3. Lesson Packages
   1. Package lessons must be used within 90 days of purchase. Unused lessons after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or credited.
   2. Package lessons cannot be transferred to other students without prior approval.
4. Calendar Syncing
   1. To avoid scheduling conflicts, we recommend syncing your personal calendar (Google, Mac, etc.) with Acuity Scheduling to block off unavailable times.
5. Teacher Availability
   1. Lessons are subject to teacher availability as listed on Acuity Scheduling. In the rare case of a teacher cancellation, you will be contacted to reschedule or receive a credit for the missed session.
6. Student Expectations
   1. Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their lesson. Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time.
7. Facility Rules
   1. Lessons are held in our Classroom or Soundstage at Harmon eSessions. Please respect the space and the instruments provided.
8. Refund Policy
   1. Payments for individual lessons are non-refundable once the lesson is completed.
   2. Refunds for unused packages will only be issued under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Harmon eSessions management.
9. Communication
